Step 1: Logging in
- Go to https://membersportal.telepostsacco.co.ke/
- Enter your phone number on the Phone Number textbox.
Kenya’s country code, +254, has been prefixed for you. So, if your phone number is
07723994939, type in 723994939.
- Enter the Initial Password that was sent to you via SMS in the Password textbox.
- Enter the captcha value you see on the textbox to the right.
- Click on the Log In button.
Step 2: One Time Password (OTP) Verification
- An OTP will either be sent to you via SMS or Email. This will be clearly outlined by the message on the screen.
- On receiving the OTP, enter the 6-digit OTP on the highlighted boxes.
- Click on the Verify OTP button to verify the OTP.
Step 3: Member Verification
On first time logging into the Members Portal, a step is added to verify the member.Figure 6: Member Verification stage with highlighted steps
- Enter your National ID Number on the second textbox.
- Click on the Submit button
Step 4: Change Password
On first time logging into the Members Portal, this step is also added for the member to create a new password.Figure 7: Change Password stage with highlighted steps
- Enter the initial password sent via SMS on the Current Password textbox.
- Create a new password and enter it into the New Password and Confirm New Password making sure to follow the rules highlighted on the screen.
- Then click on the Submit button

After successfully changing the password,- You will be redirected to the log in page after the 05 seconds count down lapses so as to log in with your new password.
- You can also opt to click on the Redirect to Log in now button.
- Go to https://membersportal.telepostsacco.co.ke/
ACCOUNT STATEMENTS
Once logged in, on the left sidebar, Click on Accounts

Click on Account Statements

This will take you to the Account Statements Page.

Here you are able to:
View the statements for a particular account and for a specified period of time.
Switch between accounts to view statements for other accounts by clicking on the dropdown to the right of the For label. Then clicking on the desired account on the pop up that appears with a table of accounts.

Adjust the period of the account statements in view by clicking on the box to the right of the From label. Then specify the date range on the pop up that appears

Export the Account Statements to PDF Format. Click on View Report to Export

LOAN STATEMENTS
Once logged in, on the left sidebar, Click on Loans

Click on Loan Statements

This will take you to the Loan Statements Page.

Here you are able to:
View the statements for a particular loan and for a specified period of time.
Switch between loans to view statements for other loans by clicking on the dropdown to the right of the For label. Then clicking on the desired loan on the pop up that appears with a table of loans.

Export the Loan Statements to PDF Format. Click on View Report to Export
