Our Front Office Service Activities (FOSA), offers wide range of banking services and loan products as below;

a.) Mobile Banking Service

• Enrollment is within 8 hours
• Available toall members on the USSD *882# and the Mobile App.
• Must be a Sacco member
• Balance enquiry, mini-statements.
• Convenient way to deposit & withdraw cash from your mobile
• Easy access to all accounts and short-term loans
• Easy payment and loan requests
• Transfer funds within the Sacco.
• Option to transfer funds to commercial banks is available.
• Transfer funds to other M-Pesa numbers

b.) ATM Services

This is a facility that allows members to access funds from their FOSA savings accounts using Co-op Bank SACCO link card from Co-operative Bank ATM cash point or any other VISA branded ATM. The following applies:

• Withdrawal from CO-OP Bank ATM. Maximum withdrawal per day is Kshs. 40,000.00.
• Withdrawal from any other Visa Branded ATM cost may vary from ATM to another.
• The SACCO link card is also used to pay for goods and services in some stores like Petrol Stations and Supermarkets
• With the same card members can withdraw up to Kshs300, 000.00 from any CO-OP Bank branch through Point of Sale (POS) over the counter.
• Members MUST request the office to activate the ATM card once they receive the ATM pin number.

c.) Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS)/ Electronic Funds transfer (EFT)

This is a service available in the SACCO for transfer of funds to members’ accounts in other banks.

d.) Over The Counter Services

• Cash deposits & withdrawals
• Cheque deposits & cheque clearing
• Loan payments, share deposits, FOSA savings.
• Fixed deposit service
• Overdraft application

e.) Standing orders

• Helps the member effect payments to inter accounts without necessary coming to the Sacco to on regular basis
• This service is offered to all members
